C.R.S. § 24-33.5-2008: Storage of fireworks.

All storage of fireworks shall be in accordance with the building and fire codes adopted by the governing body. If the governing body has not adopted a fire code, all storage of fireworks shall be in accordance with the fire code adopted by the director of the division of fire prevention and control within the department of public safety pursuant to section 24-33.5-1203.5.
