C.R.S. § 24-33.5-507: Application for grants.

(1) The division shall accept applications from agencies and organizations requesting grants of money for the following purposes, including, but not limited to, the provision of services, training programs, mass tragedy response, additional personnel, and equipment and operating expenses related to victim assistance and notification programs. The crime victim services advisory board created in section 24-4.1-117.3 (1) shall evaluate the applications and make recommendations to the division.
