C.R.S. § 24-35-111: Collection fee.

The executive director of the department of revenue is hereby authorized to make any agreement with any city, town, or city and county for the collection of such taxes under such conditions as he may approve, if such agreement includes a fee in such amount as may be necessary to fully cover the cost of collection to be paid by such city, town, or city and county to the department of revenue.
