C.R.S. § 24-38-301: Definitions.

As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Department of higher education" means the department of higher education created in section 24-1-114.

(2) "Transition committee" means the postsecondary talent development system transition advisory committee created in section 24-38-302.

(3) "Transition plan" means the transition plan prepared by the transition committee and submitted to the joint budget committee pursuant to section 24-38-303.
