C.R.S. § 24-4.1-114: Assignment, attachment, or garnishment of approved compensation.

No compensation payable under this article 4.1, prior to actual receipt thereof by the person or beneficiary entitled thereto or the person's or beneficiary's legal representative, is assignable or subject to execution, garnishment, attachment, or any other process, including process to satisfy an order or judgment for support or alimony.
