C.R.S. § 24-48.5-304: Council on creative industries - meetings of council - quorum.

The council shall meet at the call of the chair, but not less than twice during each calendar year. Five members of the council shall constitute a quorum. All meetings of the council shall be open and public, and all persons shall be permitted to attend any meeting of the council. The chair shall vote only in case of a tie on any question voted on by the council.
