C.R.S. § 24-53-107: Studies and reports.

The department may study the problem of old-age, survivors', disability, and health insurance protection for employees of local governments and their instrumentalities covered by this article and concerning the operation of agreements made and plans approved under this article. Information concerning the administration of this article may form a part of the annual report of the department.
