C.R.S. § 24-54.5-103: Authority of governing boards - establishment of optional retirement plans.

Any governing board is authorized to establish one or more optional retirement plans pursuant to the provisions of this article at any state college or university under the jurisdiction of such governing board as an alternative to membership in the association.
