C.R.S. § 24-60-2211: Coordination with other programs and agencies.

The department shall coordinate the low-level radioactive waste program with all other programs within the department and with other local, state, or federal agencies as appropriate. For the purpose of administration and enforcement of matters pertaining to transportation and packaging as provided in this part 22, the department shall coordinate its activities with those of the public utilities commission.
