C.R.S. § 24-76.5-104: Natural medicine consumption consideration prohibited - exception.

Consideration of whether a person performs or has performed an action that is lawful pursuant to section 18-18-434, article 170 of title 12, or article 50 of title 44 is not a requirement for eligibility for a public assistance program, unless consideration is required pursuant to federal law.
