C.R.S. § 24-80-407: Agreements.

The society may enter into agreements with the department of transportation, the federal bureau of public roads, or other agencies, private corporations, or individuals controlling highway and other construction activities which might, in any way, involve historical, prehistorical, and archaeological resources of the state of Colorado.
