C.R.S. § 25-1-100.3: Definitions.

As used in this part 1, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Board" means the state board of health created in section 25-1-103 (1)(a).

(2) "Department" means the department of public health and environment created in section 25-1-102 (1).
