C.R.S. § 25-1-1506: Department - fiscal agent.

(1) The department may, as necessary:

(a) Act as fiscal agent for the council;

(b) Receive gifts, grants, or donations from the council or facilitator for use by the council;

(c) Host the council's web page or website; and

(d) Provide meeting space and other administrative supports to the council.
