C.R.S. § 25-20.5-103: Prevention services division - creation.

(1) There is hereby created within the department of public health and environment a prevention services division. The division shall be headed by the director of prevention services appointed by the executive director of the department of public health and environment in accordance with section 13 of article XII of the state constitution.

(2) The division is a type 2 entity, as defined in section 24-1-105, and exercises its powers and performs its duties and functions specified in this article 20.5 under the department of public health and environment.
