C.R.S. § 25-25-115: Procedure concerning issuance of bonds.

(1) Notwithstanding any other provisions of this article, the authority may not undertake any facility authorized by this article unless, prior to the issuance of any bonds or notes, the board finds that the facility will enable or assist a health institution to fulfill its obligation to provide health facilities.
