C.R.S. § 25-4-1312: Violation - penalty.

Any retail food store owner violating any of the provisions of this part 13 commits a petty offense. It is the duty of the district attorneys of the several districts of this state to prosecute for violations of this part 13 as for other crimes and misdemeanors.
