C.R.S. § 25-48-105: Right to rescind request - requirement to offer opportunity to rescind.

(1) At any time, an individual may rescind his or her request for medical aid-in-dying medication without regard to the individual's mental state.

(2) An attending provider shall not write a prescription for medical aid-in-dying medication under this article 48 unless the attending provider offers the qualified individual an opportunity to rescind the request for the medical aid-in-dying medication.
