C.R.S. § 25-48-124: Severability.

If any part of this article 48 is found to be in conflict with federal requirements that are a prescribed condition for receipt of federal funds, the conflicting part of this section is inoperative solely to the extent of the conflict, and the conflict does not affect the operation of the remainder of this article 48.
