C.R.S. § 25-5-1102: Definitions.

As used in this part 11, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Child-occupied facility" has the same meaning as that set forth in section 25-7-1102 (2).

(2) "Department" means the department of public health and environment.

(2.3) "Fund" means the lead hazard reduction cash fund established pursuant to section 25-5-1106 (2).

(3) "Lead-based paint" has the same meaning as that set forth in section 25-7-1102 (5).
