C.R.S. § 25-5-1601: Definitions.

As used in this part 16, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Department" means the department of public health and environment created in section 25-1-102.

(2) "Gas-fueled stove" means a household stove, range, or cooktop that directly combusts a gaseous or liquid fuel, is used for indoor food preparation, and provides at least one of the following functions:

(a) Surface cooking;

(b) Oven cooking; or

(c) Broiling.
