C.R.S. § 25-7-125: Organization within department of public health and environment.

The air quality control commission, together with the technical secretary under said commission, is a type 1 entity, as defined in section 24-1-105, and exercises its powers and performs its duties and functions specified in this article under the department of public health and environment.
