C.R.S. § 25-7-210: Applicability.

Sections 25-7-201 and 25-7-203 to 25-7-206 shall apply only to applications for proposed new major stationary sources and major modifications which are submitted on or after the date of approval by the United States environmental protection agency of the program for prevention of significant deterioration embodied in the state implementation plan.
