(1) No later than July 1, 2025, the state board shall promulgate rules to include coverage under the medical assistance program for over-the-counter choline dietary supplements for pregnant persons.
(2) The state department shall seek federal approval, as necessary, for the coverage described in subsection (1) of this section.
