C.R.S. § 26-12-106: Vacancies - additional admissions.

In the event that vacancies occur in a veterans center and there are no applications for admission from persons eligible pursuant to section 26-12-104, the veterans center shall be open for temporary occupancy to any person based on the person's need for medical care and ability to pay for services in accordance with the rules of the state board.
