C.R.S. § 27-90-110: Rules for this article 90 and certain provisions in title 19.

Pursuant to section 24-4-103, the department shall promulgate such rules as are necessary to implement the provisions of this article 90 and the procedures specified in sections 19-2.5-305, 19-2.5-1102, 19-2.5-1525, 19-2.5-1532, 19-3-403, 19-3-506, 19-3-507, and 19-3-508 regarding children who are in detention or who have or may have a behavioral or mental health disorder or an intellectual and developmental disability.
