C.R.S. § 27-94-101.5: Definitions.

As used in this article 94, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Center" means the Colorado mental health institute at Fort Logan established pursuant to section 27-94-102 (1).

(2) "Department" means the department of human services.
