C.R.S. § 28-5-209: Notice of filing petition.

Upon the filing of a petition for the appointment of a guardian under this part 2, notice shall be given to the ward and to such other persons in such manner as is provided by the laws of this state, and also to the veterans administration as provided by this part 2.
