C.R.S. § 30-1-117: Refusal to pay fees to treasurer - penalty.

Any officer failing or refusing to pay over to the county treasurer or to the state treasurer the fees of the treasurer's office, as provided in section 30-1-112, commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
