C.R.S. § 30-20-107.5: Operation of landfill gas facilities within solid wastes disposal sites and facilities.

The governing body of any municipality or county shall have the authority to make such provisions as may be necessary for the operation of landfill gas facilities within any solid wastes disposal site or facility under its jurisdiction to enable the municipality or county to exercise its powers relating to landfill gas operations under sections 30-11-307 and 31-15-716, C.R.S.
