C.R.S. § 30-20-117: Siting and operation of solid waste-to-energy incineration system.

The siting and operation of a solid waste-to-energy incineration system by any county or municipality separately or according to an intergovernmental agreement as authorized in part 9 of this article or part 10 of article 15 of title 31, C.R.S., shall not be subject to the provisions of this part 1, but such exemption shall, in no manner, limit the authority of a county or municipality to regulate a solid waste-to-energy incineration system as otherwise provided by law.
