C.R.S. § 30-20-628: County treasurer - policies and procedures.

The county treasurer may adopt policies and procedures which the county treasurer deems necessary and reasonable for the administration and collection of assessments imposed and payable pursuant to the provisions of this part 6 and which are consistent with the provisions of said part 6.
