C.R.S. § 31-10-1537: Absentee voting.

Any election official or other person who knowingly violates any of the provisions of this article 10 relative to the casting of absent voters' ballots or who aids or abets fraud in connection with any absent vote cast or to be cast commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
