C.R.S. § 31-25-1227: Department of transportation and municipal jurisdiction unimpaired.

Nothing in this part 12 shall affect or impair the control and jurisdiction which the department of transportation has over streets and highways which are part of the state highway system or which a municipality has over all property within its boundaries. All powers granted by this part 12 shall be subject to such control and jurisdiction.
