C.R.S. § 31-25-517: Sidewalks - water mains - sewers.

In ordering the construction of sidewalks, water mains, or sewers, the procedure shall be as required in section 31-25-503 (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), and (8) but shall not be subject to section 31-25-503 (1)(a) to (1)(c) and (7).
