C.R.S. § 31-25-629: Municipal jurisdiction unimpaired.

Nothing in this part 6 shall affect or impair the control and jurisdiction which a municipality has over all property within its boundaries. All powers granted by this part 6 shall be subject to such control and jurisdiction.
