C.R.S. § 31-25-633: Limitation of actions.

Any legal or equitable action brought with respect to any acts or proceedings of the district, the creation of a district, the authorization of any bonds, or any other action taken under this part 6 shall be commenced within thirty days after the performance of such action or else shall be thereafter perpetually barred.
