C.R.S. § 32-11-507: Recital of issuance under article.

A resolution providing for the issuance of bonds or other district securities under this article or an indenture or other proceedings pertaining thereto may provide that the securities contain a recital that they are issued pursuant to this "Urban Drainage and Flood Control Act", which recital shall be conclusive evidence of their validity and the regularity of their issuance.
