Bonds and other district securities issued under this article shall be executed in the name of the district, shall be signed by the chairman of the board, shall be countersigned by the treasurer, and shall be attested by the secretary. All bonds or other securities shall be authenticated by the seal of the district affixed thereto. All coupons shall be signed by the treasurer. Facsimile signatures may be used on any coupons.
