C.R.S. § 32-11-816: Civil rights.

If the urban district is damaged by any act referred to in section 32-11-815, the district may also bring a civil action for damages sustained by any such act, and in such proceeding the prevailing party shall also be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of court.
