C.R.S. § 32-15-120: Contracts.

The board shall award contracts in excess of three thousand dollars on a fair and competitive basis for the renovation or construction of any works, facility, or project, or portion thereof, or for the performance or furnishing of any labor, material, personal or real property, services, or supplies.
