C.R.S. § 33-3-110: Payment of claim.

A certified copy of the judgment of the district or county court shall be forwarded to the division, and, in the event the judgment includes an award to the claimant, the controller is authorized to draw a warrant for the payment of the same upon a voucher approved by the division, and the state treasurer shall pay the same out of the wildlife cash fund.
