C.R.S. § 34-61-108: Violation - penalty - disposition of fines.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article 61 commits a class 2 misdemeanor. In all cases where fines are collected, one-half of the amount shall be paid to the treasury department and be placed to the credit of the general fund.
