C.R.S. § 35-25-107: Inspection of beehives for interstate movement.

A beekeeper or person requesting an inspection of beehives for contagious disease for the purpose of interstate movement is liable for all costs of such inspection. The beekeeper or the beekeeper's agent shall accompany and assist the inspector in making the inspection.
