C.R.S. § 35-25-111: Penalties.

In addition to civil penalties that may be imposed pursuant to section 35-25-103 (5), any person violating any provision of this article 25 commits a civil infraction and, for any offense thereafter, is guilty of a petty offense and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-503.
