C.R.S. § 35-31-105: Enforcement.

It is the duty of the district attorneys in their respective districts and of the attorney general to enforce the provisions of this part 1. It is the duty of all citizens of this state who have knowledge or information of a violation of this part 1 to at once inform against anyone who may have violated the same.
