C.R.S. § 35-51-102: Penalty for violation.

It is unlawful to manufacture or sell animal biological products as defined in section 35-51-101, except in compliance with the provisions of this article 51, and any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this article 51 commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
