C.R.S. § 35-52-117: Premises inspection.

Any authorized representative of the department of agriculture shall have the power to enter at reasonable times upon any private or public property for the purpose of inspection and investigation of the conditions relating to the treating of garbage to be fed to swine as required by this article.
