C.R.S. § 35-65-407: Warrants.

The controller is authorized to draw and the state treasurer to pay warrants upon all the funds appropriated from the Colorado state fair authority cash fund, created pursuant to section 35-65-107 (1), on the order of the board, signed by its chair and countersigned by its secretary.
