C.R.S. § 35-70-122: Contributions for purposes of inclusion of conservation districts in the risk management fund.

Each conservation district shall contribute moneys, which shall be deposited in the risk management fund, for the conservation district's proportionate share, as determined by the executive director of the department of personnel, of potential claims arising from conservation districts.
