C.R.S. § 37-80-107: Employment of engineers or geologists.

The state engineer may employ one or more consulting engineers, geologists, or other specialists to advise the state engineer or any division engineer concerning any diversion or proposed diversion of the waters of the state including the sufficiency of any reservoirs or other structures involved in the diversion.
